Biergarten is conceived around the community culture of brewing — a space for gathering over more than just a glass of beer. The brewing process and food preparation stay visible rather than hidden, turned into an open celebration at the heart of the space. Roofed areas converge into an open court, furnished with linear, fluid forms inspired by topiary gardens.
